Currently I am on day 22/60 for Max 30. Holy cow!! I am being tested. This program is intense. But I love a challenge. My fitness level is going to a whole new level. My strength is improving each week along with my endurance. Each time I workout I am trying to increase my "max". Your "max" is your point of failure. That place where you just need to stop for a moment, regroup and then get back in. I am so excited to see where I am in 60 days!!
This program has completely changed the way I eat! The workouts where fast and effective. Only takes 3 weeks.
